The Rotary Club of LeRoy is proud to announce the latest graduates from the Rotary Leadership Institute! Jason Karcher started the journey in December of 2018 and was able to graduate by completing Part 3 this month. Shannon Karcher joined the cohort in January and completed all three parts over the last three months.
RLI is a fantastic way to meet other Rotarians within the District and go deeper into the world of Rotary. Topics covered include Engaging Members, Ethics and Vocational Service, Creating Service Projects, Attracting Members, Effective Leadership Strategies, Public Image/Relations, and Building a Stronger Club to name a few. Other prominent graduates of RLI are Martha Bailey and Randy Vink.
